For this commercial, I was tasked with contrasting the complexity of managing healthcare scheduling and testing with the ease of use of the client's phone app. We settled on a simple but appealing character style to first illustrate the problem, followed by the solution - demonstrating how the app works to ease a complex process.
We had a lot of fun designing the various doctor characters and scenarios. I particularly like how the transitions kept moving more and more quickly, parallelling the challenges that the main character faces - right up until he receives the multiple bills for service.
