XVIVO was commissioned by Intellia Therapeutics to produce a 'Magic School Bus'-style video explaining their unique gene-editing therapy. I created all of the 2D animation for this piece.

The amazing team at XVIVO Scientific Animation were tasked with this assignment: Create an engaging presentation to help explain to patients how Intellia's gene editing therapy works
Using a combination of 2D and 3D animation, two animated guides - Dr. N. Tellia and Captain Chris Per -
lead the viewer through an first-person adventure into the human body, demonstrating how the therapy works at a cellular level.
Intellia and XVIVO were more than pleased with the outcome. Patients who had previously been unable to understand the science found that they could finally grasp the process, and were entertained at the same time.
The piece has since gone on to win an RX Club Award of Excellence.
